It was in 1973 when the company LAMPE GmbH developed the first rectangular, flat lifting-cushions in the world. Today these devices are world-wide a standard being used in the rescue of people. Sewer sealing cushions, gully cover plates, stationary shut-off systems for storm sewers: the list of our inventions and patents is a long one.
