LAMPE-LIFTER with 10 bar working pressure

Where heavy loads on a corresponding solid underground have to be lifted, there is the ideal operational area for the LAMPE-LIFTERs with 10 bar working pressure, which we offer in two model ranges.

1. Series KV

tl_files/lampegmbh/lifter10-02.jpgOur series KV is the system which won recognition on the world market, made of pure neoprene with coated fabric and cold vulcanized. Thus we are obtaining an unbeaten long lifetime; the waiver of material like steel cord prevents the danger of perforation corrosion and provides at the same time significant weight advantages. Furthermore the device may be repaired after an eventual damage, a result of the production technique applied by us.

Of course we want to remind again the well known resistance against oil, petrol, acid and alkaline, the antistatic characteristics and the smooth surface enabling an easy cleaning after each use.

For the proper operation of our LAMPE-LIFTERs with 10 bar working pressure it is absolutely necessary to use our original accessories: Safety fitting 10 bar Art. 71443, filling hose e.g. 5 m Art. 71535 as well as accessory for the primary pressure (e.g. pressure reducer).
2. Series HV

As alternative to our known system KV we can present you now the series HV . In order to fulfil some specific characteristics we applied with the series HV another production technique. The devices of this series are hot vulcanized. With a thickness of 20 and 24 mm they are very thin and light but only limited reparable.

The great advantage is the cost-effective production, enabling us to offer the series HV at an extremely favourable price. Thereby nothing has changed regarding the known characteristics of the LAMPE devices, especially with regard to the very good chemical and physical resistance of the devices.
